Original Blog Post: May 14, 2008- Exciting News

We had the 10 week doctor's appointment today.  The doctor was very excited about everything!  We heard the heartbeat, 165 beats a minute, strong and steady.  Everything checks out well and we are right on schedule.  My due date has changed somewhat because we are having a scheduled c-section.  The hospital does it a week before the due date to try to lessen the chance of complications with labor.  So, this means Little Bean will be born around December 4(updated after seeing the dr's calendar).  We are so excited to be on this journey and so thankful!  Thank you, all of you, for your kind words of encouragement and especially your prayers!
