Original Blog Post: January 3, 2009- Back Again

This morning Caedmon was readmitted to the hospital.  His shunt area on his scalp started opening a bit last night.  He still has his stitches in but we thought we should call to report it.  The doctor saw him this morning.  He thinks it looks a little swollen and pussy and wants to put him on antibiotics and keep an eye on it the next few days.  So, off we go again to the hospital.  Please pray for all of us.  We obviously want his shunt to heal with no problems.  It's also such an exhausting time for everybody.
