Original Post November 11, 2008- More Doctors, More Appointments

Today was, yet another, doctor's appointment.  Caedmon continues to hold steady and strong.  He's a little star baby.  They give him points every week for doing certain things on the ultrasound and every week he's done in a matter of a few minutes.  The nurses always comment on how easy he is to check on.  That's right, his first report card is full of high marks!
Thursday is our 36 week mark, so for the next four weeks we will have weekly doctor's appointments plus the Non-Stress Test.  The week of Thanksgiving we will have another level 2 ultrasound to check Caedmon's growth and, especially, the growth of his head.  Because of his hydrocephalus it could grow rather larger then normal and could be means for a strongly encouraged c-section regardless of all our hoping in the other direction.  We keep praying over him and asking for God's hand to be on him.
We have begun the process of painting his room, I'll post pictures when it gets finished.  It already looks so much better just with one corner done!  We may be ready for him yet.
